Mission Statement

Jefferson Energy Cooperative is a member owned cooperative business that markets energy and value added services to improve the quality of life for our members and communities. The cooperative will achieve this through our dedicated management and highly skilled employee team committed to delivering the highest quality of products and services at the most competitive price.

Membership

Jefferson Energy has open Membership and will provide service to any member living within its boundaries. You may become a member by paying the membership fee, providing a security deposit, filling out a written application and having service connected.

Each member of Jefferson Energy may participate in the Cooperative by attending Jefferson Energy's Annual Meeting of Members. Each July, members elect representatives of Jefferson Energy's Board of Directors

Our Service Territory

Jefferson Energy Cooperative serves parts of eleven different counties including:
Burke, Columbia , Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Johnson, McDuffie,
Richmond , Warren , and Washington .
